Onikishi derives its name from the Japanese words “Oni” meaning Demon and “Kishi” meaning Knight, which we also combine with our Japanese/Chinese name “鬼侍” which translates as Guǐ shì (Gway-Shee) in Putonghua and can also be referred to as Oni Samurai in Japanese.

ONIKISHI YUZU WHISKY SOUR

Ingredients

  • Onikishi Japanese Whisky
  • Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
  • Syrup
  • Egg Whites
  • Garnish

‍

Add Onikishi, lemon juice, syrup & egg white, and dry-shake for 30 seconds. Add ice, shake again, until well-chilled. Last, garnish it!

ONIKISHI SLASH

Ingredients

  • Onikishi Blended Whisky
  • Mint leaves
  • White Sugar
  • Crushed Ice
  • Lemon Garnish

‍

Place the mint, lemon, and sugar in a cocktail shaker. Muddle together. Add whisky and shake. Top with crushed ice and garnish it.

ONIKISHI COFFEE SOUR

Ingredients

  • Onikishi Blended Whisky
  • Yelloweye coffee infused rum
  • Lemon juice
  • Lime juice
  • Dash of lemonade

‍

Add whisky, yelloweye, lemon, lime juice and syrup. Shake and strain into the glass of ice. Add dash of lemonade.
